1. Eligibility for Returns

We understand that you may need to return or request a refund for your purchase from Enchanted Desire Hub. You are eligible to return products if the following conditions are met:

 

  • Unopened and Unused Items: The products must be in their original, unopened condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. This ensures that the products can be resold without any issues.
  • Within the Return Period: You must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. This time frame allows you sufficient opportunity to inspect the products and decide if they meet your expectations.

 

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable, such as personalized or custom-made products, due to their unique nature. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page during your purchase.

2. Return Process

2.1 Contact Us

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at ArdenTSwanson@dayrep.com or call 601 – 840 – 9128. Our representatives will assist you in initiating the return process. Provide them with your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the products you are returning.

2.2 Return Authorization

Once we have received your request, we will review it and issue a return authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. Please include the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package. Failure to include the RA number may result in delays in processing your return.

2.3 Return Shipping

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us. The address to which you should return the products will be provided by our customer service team when you receive the return authorization.

3. Inspection and Refund Processing

Upon receiving your returned products, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for a return. If the products are in the appropriate condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

3.1 Refund Method

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card account. If you used a gift card or store credit, the refund will be applied back to your gift card or store credit balance.

3.2 Partial Refunds

In some cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This could occur if the products you are returning are damaged or missing some components upon receipt, and we are unable to provide a full replacement. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned products and will be communicated to you by our customer service team.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please follow the same return process as described above. Once we receive and process your return, you can place a new order for the desired product. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing your return.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Provide us with detailed information about the damage or defect, along with photos if possible. We will either provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund if the order has not already entered the shipping process. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined in this policy.
